CraftsmanBuilt™ by Goshen Timber Frames

At the end of the nineteen century, craftsman and designers began to revolt against Victorian ornamentation and the mass production of the Industrial Revolution.   Beginning in 1901, Gustav Stickley published plans for his “Craftsman Homes” in a monthly magazine dedicated to this movement.

Stickley’s Craftsman Homes were defined by craftsmanship, an emphasis on form and function, and exposed structural elements.   Goshen’s CraftsmanBuilt homes are a tribute to this style.   While keeping with the tradition of hand-crafted joinery, they offer a wide variety of styles.  Many are hybrid homes, combining the craftsmanship of a timber frame home with the energy and cost efficiency of structural insulated panels.  A Goshen designed CraftsmanBuilt home will serve you well.
