In this floor plan, the loft forms a catwalk between foyer and great room, providing space for an office or family room and leading to the bedrooms on either side. The area above the foyer could be made into loft, as well, to increase the square footage. The Kitchen/Dining area is in the right wing, while Master Suite and Library are in the left wing. While these may be moved around, overall there is space for a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths.
